Positively Outrageous Service : Motivational Keynote Speaker
Positively Outrageous Service, 2nd Ed.Introducing T. Scott Gross - Motivational and Keynote Speaker

Our speaker has worked with some of the world’s most respected companies. But more than a writer who speaks, our speaker has literally been there and done that. His first book, Positively Outrageous Service, is based on hands on experience as an entrepreneur who knows what it’s like to make payroll every Friday.

His book, When Customers Talk, is based on some of the world’s most sophisticated research technology while Scott’s personal favorite, Borrowed Dreams, is the result of the most basic down and dirty research. He literally worked in the trenches to learn about high performance teams, working a baker’s dozen of jobs that were often dangerous but always interesting.

For that book he qualified as a wildland firefighter and served as street medic. He even worked as a chef on AMTRAK. He’s chased drug smugglers on the Mexican border, sailed an oil tanker out of Valdez… this guy will do anything for a story! And that’s exactly what you’re about to get right now. No charts. No theory. Just lots of great stories and even better ideas.

When he’s at home he is not what you would call a couch potato. He is a first-term city councilman for a small town in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Now, all the way from beautiful, downtown Kerrville, Texas… T. Scott Gross.

… please accept my appreciation for two wonderful presentations at our national conference in April. I was present at both and was engaged and enjoyed the lessons each time. How is it you made the repeat of a presentation sound new and fun? “Fun with a purpose” best describes the audience reaction!

Thank you for your good work and for taking the time to customize your presentation to the specialty bicycle retail channel...it meant a lot to us as producers and really got the attention of our attendees.

I enjoyed your presentation SO MUCH, and I wanted to tell you that. People were raving that your talk made the entire conference a success.
