In 2000, I attended one of your events that Lightpath had signed up for. I have to say, 5 years later, that I still use what I learned from that seminar. I walked away from there with a completely positive outlook on how to handle the customers that I come in contact with. From my initial "hello" to my ending "goodbyes". I have also been praised by the management here for having selected you as both our keynote speaker and seminar leader. ... Of the six main business sessions from our meeting, your keynote address was the favorite while your seminar was a close second.
